How it all began..................I have always been interested in fitness but could never really commit. Over the years I would get a gym membership and start going then quit. Always had an excuse of why not to go. Then I would try here at home. Even bought a home gym a few years ago, added an elliptical and numerous workout DVD's. I would always start, stop, start, stop. Then the cycle of getting down on myself would start. See for over 20 years, I have struggled with body image issues and at a young age (grade 6) anorexia. Those years that I struggled with anorexia were the only years that I really was obsessed with exercise and for all the wrong reasons. I won the battle over anorexia but the body image issues remained.
5 years ago I went vegetarian and really looked at my diet. That helped a lot with getting over some food issues and I felt better.
2 1/2 years ago I went vegan and once I cut out dairy, I lost 13lbs. I was so focused on how flabby i felt and out of shape that I didn't even realize that I had put on some pounds. To others it wasn't a big deal because to them I was still skinny, but inside i felt gross.
Since going vegan, I felt even better. I didn't feel bloated inside and felt great. I think that's when I became more interested in getting in shape. However, I still struggled with sticking with a program. I didn't have time to think about what I should do everyday. I would even sit down, make some kind of a workout program, start and then not even 2 weeks later I would quit. I could come up with every excuse possible and though the excuse would temporarily make me feel better, that would quickly end.
I always wish I could be one of those people that looked like they workout and took great care of themselves. My diet was showing that but I was lacking the muscle definition that I wanted.
This is where P90X changed my life!!!!
This is a 90 day program and it took less than 30 days to get me hooked. This was the first time I stuck to a fitness routine. It worked because I was seeing results and I had a great support group motivating me and holding me accountable!! Those results ignited the person I so long wanted to be. I completed P90X and I have now started Focus T25. I am in my 3rd week and I am loving this program.
What's so great about T25
Well.............it's a full body workout in 25 MINUTES!!!!! Everyone can find 25 minutes in their day to get this workout in!!!!!!!

I have completed T25 and my results were great!!
I have more muscle definition all over my body! I lost 4.5lbs, and a total of 4.5 inches. When I started T25, I was doing mostly modified moves. By the end of the program, I was not doing ANY modified moves!! I am feeling great and energized thanks to T25 and Shakeology!! I drink it every single day and I am amazed at the health benefits I am seeing. More energy, stamina, my skin, my nails and hair, I could keep going! Best of all, it curbs my cravings, especially Chocolate!
